Matthew's Sub for Santa

Matthew is in a Multi-Age program at his school.
He loves it and we're really lucky that this is his 3rd year in the program.
Every year this program collects donations for needy kids
The students then go to Target and each group shops for one kid.
They have $50 to spend to get a toy, an outfit, and a book.
It is such a great field trip. (Plus it's 3 minutes from my house--easy to get to!)
I have gone every year and it is so fun to shop with the kids.

Nora came too--these three boys played with her while we shopped.
They loved when she would grab their hair.

We all had a great time and it was the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit!

Looking forward to your visit! I heard you were running the phx half and bringing Nora. I would love to watch her while you run and we would love to do dinner too! You are going to love phoenix in January!

Nora makes me long for a baby girl. Can I even say that out loud? What a great service project. I like that the kids are involved in the actual purchasing.

Love the kids' new picture on your header.
