So we'll just move on upstairs for the last pictures of the house.

separates the "grown-up" spaces from the kid spaces

And I also have to say my favorite part of the house is the "girls' suite"
we made the hallway/bathroom/playroom and 2 bedrooms into the girl area
I just love how it turned out!

Okay so now we definitely need to plan a visit. My girls would be in heaven in your girls suite and I would like to get some ideas. Actually they might start getting mad at us because their room needs tons of work.

Oh my goodness! Those rooms are amazing! I have been looking for bunk beds for my girls just like the ones you have. Where did you find them? Let me know when you have a chance and if you want to come and decorate for me that would be great :)
