The Block Party

Our neighborhood had a block party over the weekend and Matt took full advantage! He loved seeing the fire truck and police car up close. The highlight of the evening was the pinata--we think Matt's got a great swing! (It must come from the hours he spends practicing with his golf clubs!) Afton was there--she just didn't like the sirens, the loud noises, or hitting the pinata! She did get in on the candy at the end!

Ballerina Girl

Afton started ballet classes and needless to say, she loves it! We have a hard time getting her out of her leotard and tights as she tells us she needs to "practice." Here are a few of her new moves that she likes to demonstrate.

Afton goes to Preschool

Afton went to her first day of preschool today! She was so excited to go and didn't want to come home. When she saw me come to get her, she started backing up and said she wanted to stay! She also made sure to pack a "healthy snack" that she ate on the way home!
